Power Golf Training ProgramHere is a “secret”; the latest technologically sophisticated and improved balls and clubs that “guarantee” an extra fifty yards distance will barely gain the average golfer a couple of yards. Yes, a professional or highly proficient golfer will be able to achieve those additional yards because they know what was needed to take their game to the subsequent level.

What the top five percent of golfers know is that to achieve more distance, consistency, and lower scores, a golfer must be fit for golf. More distance comes out of a quicker swing speed which comes from more power. How are you to create more power? By working on your golf specific muscles and your flexibility you’ll have the power to out hit and out play the bulk of the average golfers.

As golf fitness training techniques should only be given by an expert, I would like to introduce you to the World’s leading golf fitness training expert. Mike Pederson is a highly commended and experienced golf fitness trainer. He’s been playing golf for over twenty years and knows the golf swing inside out. He’s also been in the fitness industry for as long and is also a motivational coach.

His book, the Power Golf Training Program: How Infuse Power And Distance Quickly And Easily… Guaranteed! is recognized by many pros as THE golf fitness training guide.

The tips and methods in this book have recently helped thousands of golfers all around the world significantly improve their game. It is packed with all the golf improvement tips, methods and techniques previously known by only a small few of the Earth’s best golfers. This book contains all the data you’ll ever need to immediately play your best golf.

“The secret to lower scores and longer drives is all about getting your body to move just a little better.” When you consider it, a good golf swing requires certain un-natural movements and also strength. If you do not work on your golf specific muscles and flexibility you may never improve your game.

Nearly everybody is impressed with Tiger Wood’s golf swing – the smooth fluid, balanced, and powerful swing that he produces is handsome to observe. How does he produce such a golf swing? Well, Tiger is the new generation of golfers that realized that to be at the pinnacle of their game and to have a consistent, powerful, and repeatable golfing swing; you need to be fit for golf. He does not just work with a swing coach; he has also got a golf fitness training program.

golffitnessguideWhat the guide of Mike Pedersen will show you is everything you need to do to be in the best shape and condition for golf. Don’t worry, it isn’t about tiresome sessions down at the gymnasium; the exercises and methods can be done at home in a couple of minutes a day. You can get results, on the golf course, in less than thirty days – Mike guarantees that or your cash back.

I will not go into all the main points of what Mike’s book goes into as it might fill many pages. What I am going to say is that if you really are serious about golf, then don’t spend another penny on the most recent golf equipment, golf lessons, or on more swing training aids until you have tried Mike’s Power Golf Training Program.

Opinion of my golf game??? Tips???

Posted by admin on Sep-27-2009

Ok so I haven’t played a ton, it’s a new hobby. My swing is very ugly but i can drive straight. I am still working on a better iron game and if i didn’t rush so much I would have great putts. We play a course with a front 9, back 9 and third 12. I average 82 to 86 on 18 holes. I know I am over par of course, but I wondered if I kept playing and improving where I could go with my game? I play for fun, but I am in college and I am transferring to a University next year and hoped to maybe try out for the golf team. (Side note- I am a back to schooler – I am 31)

I will be getting some tips from a golf pro soon, but wondered if anyone has any good thoughts….

Thanks!
Thanks for the site – I already went and registered….
i know to keep working & practice – Plan to it is fun, just wondering if my score is average or bad or if I would have any shot trying for a team or what I can do with my game as I keep working harder and harder….???????

It depends on the school you will be attending, but you probably need to cut at least 10 shots off your score to make the team. Keep some stats on your rounds like number of fairways hit, number of greens in regulation, up and down saves, and number of putts. Then analyze to find the weakest part of your game and work on that to improve your score.

The trend of online shopping is growing year by year as consumers are looking for better deals. Online retailers can generally offer better prices than the offline retailers as they have fewer overheads. Golfers are no exception when it comes to looking for cheap golf equipment. So, in this post, I want to introduce you to one of my favourite online golf stores to give you the In The Hole Golf review.

About IN THE HOLE! Golf

InTheHoleGolf  have been supplying great deals on golf equipment to golfers for over 10 years. They have the latest and most innovative golf clubs, training aids, practice equipment, and golf accessories in the industry. Their knowledgeable and helpful staff personally test, review, and evaluate every product that they carry, so that they can provide you with the highest levels of customer service. You’ll find a great selection and great prices on the best golf equipment from the most respected brands in the golf industry.

InTheHoleGolf.com Is The Source For The Latest Golf Training Aids

Golf Club Brands

One thing that sets InTheHoleGolf apart from their competition is their range of golf brands. Yes, you will find all the top brands like Taylormade, Callaway, Nike, Cleveland and Adams, but they also stock lesser known yet innovative brands like PowerBilt golf clubs, Magique golf clubs, and The Perfect Club, amongst many others.

Golf Club Choice

They have a fair choice of drivers, fairway woods and irons but, where InTheHoleGolf excel is in their wedges, putters, and hybrid clubs. They have 19 brands of wedges, 22 brands of putters, and 16 brands of hybrids. As with most golf retailers, there choice of ladies clubs is minimal but they do have a better choice of junior golf club sets – with 9 brands and sets for 3 year olds up to 12 year olds.

InTheHoleGolf’s Strong Point

For me, InTheHoleGolf stand out for their selection of golf training aids, golf practice equipment, golf accessories, golf DVD’s and their golf bags and golf carts.

Golf Training Aids – They have, in fact, the World’s largest choice in golf aids. Every item is categorized so you can jump to the type of training aid you require. The categories are: Full Swing, Putting, Swing Plane, Tempo, Alignment, Balance, Fitness, Grip, Weight Transfer, Swing Analysis, Short Game, Impact Position, Release, and Club Head Speed. Quite an impressive collection of golf training aids!

Golf Practice Equipment – If practice makes perfect, then you have no excuse with InTheHoleGolf’s range of golf practice equipment. They have everything from the latest Bushnell or Leupold golf rangefinders to golf gifts. Of course, they also have golf apparel, ball retrievers, books, club storage, tees, divot tools, gloves, hats, headcovers, GPS, umbrellas, and even golf memorabilia.

They also have a great selection of golf carts from Sun Mountain, Bag Boy, Clicgear, Hummer, and Hawk – push carts, pull carts, and electric carts, including remote control carts.

InTheHoleGolf’s Weak Point

Every online golf store has their weak points and InTheHoleGolf is no exception. I find that their selection of golf balls and golf shoes to be lacking. But for there are online golf stores that specialize in just golf balls or golf shoes, so it is quite hard to compete with them, I guess. That is not to say that they don’t have hardly any golf balls; they do in fact have 7 of the top brands at competitive prices, so if your favourite golf ball is amongst those 7 brands you are in luck.

Can You Trust InTheHoleGolf?

The short answer is yes; In The Hole Golf Inc has been a BBB Accredited business since November 2004 which means that it supports BBB’s services to the public and meets their BBB Accreditation standards. They have a BBB score of A- and the BBB processed a total of 8 complaints about In The Hole Golf Inc in the last 36 months – all 8 complaints were satisfactorily resolved.

The Symple Swing Review

Posted by admin on Sep-21-2009

The guide I’m going to tell you about today focuses on employing a simple golf swing. It promises to show you how to hit the ball further, straighter, with extra accuracy, how to fix a slice, achieve a 1 swing plane, and do it all consistently.

The simple golf swing system is known as The Symple Swing and was developed by Joe Davidson. Remember, this is the SYMPLE swing and not the SIMPLE swing that I have already reviewed. There’s another golf swing system that is well-known called The Natural Swing. Joe Davidson was a Natural Swing certificated coach, but he noticed that there were inabilities with that system as well as the traditional swing. That is why he made a decision to develop The Symple Swing system.

Click Here to take a look at the Symple Golf Swing

The idea behind the Symple Swing is that it is easy, efficient, and far simpler to learn than any other golfing swings. If you are just starting to learn the game of golf – the Symple Swing is for you. If you’d like to be taught how to golf, then you’ll get off to a good start with this easy to learn swing. Even if you’re a more experienced golfer, but want to learn a more efficient, accurate, and consistent swing – the Symple Swing is for you.

The Symple Swing came about after ten years of study and has been engineered from the bottom up. It is really the subsequent generation in attaining an easy power swing. There are only three basic parts which makes it really easy to learn; in reality it can be learned in 1 day. It’s a complete swing, put simply, it works from the tee to the green.

Golf Swing Plane

The way that the Symple Swing teaches you the set-up with a “power thumb” grip, it is straightforward to achieve a one swing plane. Your club-head will be on one golf swing plane from the backswing to the downswing.

Fix A Slice

The Symple Swing will enable you to fix a slice and hit a golf ball straight down the middle of the fairway, again, thanks to the “power thumb” grip. Why is that? As it let’s you keep the club-head square all the way through your swing. So, your club-face will be square at impact and through your follow through, which will fix your slice and keep the ball straight and on line.

More Distance

The Symple Swing will routinely turbo-charge your distance by ten percent or more. On your approach shots, you’ll be in a position to hit 1 or 2 clubs less. The Symple Swing increases your distance by utilizing the bigger muscles of the body more efficiently. You will be able to synchronize all the muscles of your body and arms to make them work in partnership to produce the maximum club-head speed – which gives you extra distance.

Increased Accuracy, Consistency, and Confidence

When you’re able to keep your club on one swing plane and your club-head square at impact, the result’s always more accuracy. The Symple Swing is extraordinarily consistent because there are less moving parts to the swing and so less things that may go bad. When you see how straightforward it is to learn and put into practice, your confidence level will grow which can only be good for your game of golf.

If you’re a beginner or a frustrated golfer, you owe it to yourself to try The Symple Swing system. With their 100% guarantee you’ll have nothing to loose, less the disappointment you’ll have been experiencing. Also, as I have discussed previously, with my back surgery I must take care not to over do it – the Symple Swing is the most back friendly swing in golf!

I recently changed my swing for my driver–I hit my irons very well, but my driving is sub-par at best. So if you would, hit the link and tell me what you think about my "new" swing. I am hitting it 225-240, with about a 10 yard slice. To compensate, I am aiming for the left of the fairway, and seem to do okay. However, I know I am capable of more reliable drives (straight and 245).

Here’s the link; thanks in advance for your tips!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPfFDE0H_m0

BTW–this my Nike Sasquatch 10.5*…I like it alot =D

Also, in the video–it’s the same swing twice over–the first is regular speed, and the second is in slo-mo…

How tall are you? How long is your driver?

Equipment:
1) Your driver appears a little too long.

2) Your driver appears a little too head-heavy (swingweight too high).

Setup:
1) I can’t tell much about the grip from that angle.

2) Stance is slightly narrow. Widen the stance slightly and point your right foot straight forward–not pointed to the right as in the video.

3) Ball position is ok until you move to the right when you adjust your feet. Then, the ball may be getting too far forward.

4) You seem to really be reaching for the ball.

Swing:
1) Your head rises when you initiate the backswing.

Stop that. Practice by taking very slow swings. Try to imitate your slow motion video with your actual swing. Have you ever seen a hummingbird feeding? Their wings are going very fast, their body is moving and adjusting, but their head focused on the flower and is motionless. Think about imitating the hummingbird in your slow-mo practice swings.

Your head rises when you initiate the backswing. Then, your heads dips when you start the downswing. Next, your head slides forward. Finally, your head pulls back. That is way too much movement if you ever want to consistently hit the ball flush.

2) You are rolling your hands (clubface) open in your backswing. This is part of the reason why the ball is traveling to the right. All this does is introduce a bunch of timing issues into your swing. You need to be eliminating anything that must be timed to hit the ball straight.

3) Balance is an issue that will hinder your advancement.

Your main flaw that must be fixed is your balance. You need to be rock-solid in your balance throughout the swing. This is a MUST!

The next thing you must work on is staying behind the ball. This is a MUST!

The Good:
Now, your swing plane is better than most your age. I like the way you keep your club coming from inside with a tucked right elbow in your downswing.

It is also good that your driver has 10.5° of loft. This is good for your swing speed.

Practice swinging the club very slowly until your head stops moving around and until you develop some balance. That’s your homework: Balance and steady head. Buy ($15) Ben Hogan’s book, "The Five Fundamentals…." His description of the setup is excellent. [Beware: If you read the section on "The Grip" and try it, then, as long as you roll your hands in the take-away, your slice will get much, much, much worse. If you will stop rolling your hands in the take-away, then you will immediately add about 10 to 20 yards to your drives without hitting any harder.]

Post another video once you develop more balance and get that head to stop bobbing around. Practice slowly and use patience. Golf is not a race and it’s not a long drive contest. Now go practice in your room in front of a mirror.
